Jaclyn Berfond is a Specialist for the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team of Women’s World Banking. She started working for the organization in 2011, managing knowledge and capacity building programs for the organization’s network of microfinance institutions. She also leads monitoring initiatives, including the analysis of network financial and social performance data, and the Women’s World Banking’s Gender Performance Initiative to create a framework of indicators in the subject. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Boston University, and a Master’s of Business Administration in International Organizations from the University of Geneva. Jaclyn recently participated in Women Advancing Microfinance Network group in New York City event as an Industry Leader speaker. Prior to joining Women’s World Banking, she worked at the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management.
